MY STORY

I kicked off my career in online learning in 1998 at BPP, I then started Absolutely Training a provider of regulatory e-learning solutions which sold to Unicorn Group in 2010. From there I held both commercial and product roles in some of the world’s leading online learning companies including Lumesse, Saba and Cornerstone.

A few years ago, had a “lightbulb” moment. I saw first-hand the impact that learning had on someone’s life. This sparked my curiosity in the science of learning and helped me re-evaluate my career. I started Carl Learns to help L&D teams, Instructional Designers and online course creators be more effective by harnessing the power of learning science.
